Here’s my first post, which kind of gives you an idea of this blog.

Spring

It’s safe to say this is one of the most challenging times in my life. But I’m looking for a brighter future. I created this online space to help me record the path I take from winter into spring (haru, in Japanese). 

This won’t be a blog full of long, drawn-out narrations of my daily life or even of the inner workings of my brain. I know how to do that already. This will be snippets of life—captured pieces of my day or themes that I want to carry with me. I want to post funny moments that I would forget unless I wrote them down, meaningful conversations, Bible verses, quotes, inspiration (yes, even design that makes me happy) and songs—in hope that remembering them, I can prevent myself from getting discouraged and keep moving forward.
